$100.00 for 1 to 1.5 hour session in the clinic
$125.00 for 1 hour session in the home
*All fees collected prior to session
***Sessions are offered at a reduced rate if purchased in bulk***
3 sessions discounted at 5%
6 sessions discounted at 10%
12 sessions discounted at 20%
Encompass Therapy, LLC is currently operating as a private pay enterprise. As a courtesy, we will aid and assist in providing necessary codes and documentation for submission to insurance. We are considered to be "Out of Network" Physical Therapy providers.
Physician referral is required for treatment!!!

Cancellation policy:
Because each treatment session is indidivually based, we require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. The time is required to allow Encompass Therapy, LLC to schedule another individual into the vacant treatment slot. If the 24 hour notice is not provided, you will be charged for the session.
